After many years of practising Yoga, and changing teacher due to my lifestyle, I’ve decided that it was time for me to do Yoga by myself, and so to introduce it in my daily life as my morning practice. Back then I didn’t intend to teach Yoga in a gym, nor in a Studio, but I equally decided to do a 200h Yoga Teacher Training. Today I’m a certified teacher in Vinyasa and Yin Yoga.
Then why Somatic Yoga?
The word “soma” /ˈsəʊmə/ derives from ancient greek σῶμα meaning “the whole of an organism“. And this is the part that fascinates me the most about the ancient practice of Yoga: to create union. And breath is the bridge that connects and aligns mind, body, and spirit.

I offer individual/group session of YinYasa Flow, as a perfect combination of both Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. The goal of this kind of session is to find balance between doing and being; flowing and listening; and breathe silence into the noise of the mind.
• Each session last 1h and 15min.
• You need to bring/have your own Yoga mat.
• Session can be done at my place or at yours, accordingly to logistics and specific needs.
